Open Position: Sales & Marketing Representative

We are looking for an extremely motivated, trustworthy, confident and outgoing individual who wants to invest in his/her future by starting a highly rewarding and lucrative career.

The primary role of the Sales & Marketing representative is to maintain and grow revenue from existing customers and to secure new customers for Panostar. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and closing new deals for Panostar by selling our diversified portfolio of services.

You, as our Sales and Marketing representative will effectively manage your time to meet day to day prospecting activities, generate customer proposals and presentations, make sales calls and meet with clients and prospects. You need to ensure that the proper solution is presented and sold to the customer. You, will work with internal and external resources to effectively orchestrate all plans and deliver customer commitments.
 
Responsibilities also include:

  • Manage effective sales campaigns
  • Create and maintain business relationships
  • Contribute to the marketing, sales materials and sales proposal development
  • Schedule and facilitate sales presentations with customers and prospects
  • Support and up sale existing clients

Skills / Requirements

  • Cold calling experience preferred
  • Sales closing techniques
  • Good computer skills, Microsoft office, etc
  • Strong understanding of the Real Estate Business is a plus
  • Multi / Bilingual speakers preferred
  • Multi-tasking

Photographer

OPEN POSITION: Real Estate Photographers

Currently looking for photographers to cover Orange and LA County areas. We'll ask you to cover an area within 15-25 miles of your home; it will be up to you if you want to travel and shoot farther away.

JOB DESCRIPTION
You as our photographer will shoot real estate photos for our clients. All orders, scheduling and billing are coordinated through our main office.

Photographers need to confirm appointments, go and do the photos, postprocess them and upload them to our server. Each session typically takes 40-60 minutes to shoot depending of the house size. Scheduling is flexible, you are able to schedule your availability as needed.

Skills / Requirements:

  •     Strong Photography skills
  •     Interior Photography skills is a plus
  •     Ability to create 360 panoramics is a plus
  •     Good computer skills, Adobe Photoshop, etc
  •     Strong understanding of the Real Estate Business is a plus
  •     Multi / Bilingual speakers preferred
